Mock tests and exam practice
How mock tests are generated and marked, and how to get the most out of them.
Making a mock test
- Topic: as specific as you like — a module, a dot point, or a question type.
- Difficulty: easy, medium or hard.
- Length: 1 to 60 questions.
How marking works
Exodus, Victor’s AI engine, marks each answer against NESA-style criteria and explains what earned marks and what was missing. Treat the marks as a practice guide, not an official result — your teachers and NESA mark the real thing.
Getting the most out of it
- Sit it in exam conditions: time yourself and keep your notes closed.
- Read the feedback on questions you got right, too — partial marks hide there.
- Re-sit the same topic a few days later to see if it stuck.
