Privacy and your data

What we store, what we never do with it, and how to delete it.

We store what the product needs: your name, email, subjects, the work you upload, and your marking history.
We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use your work to train AI models.
Sign-in is handled by Auth0 (we never see your password); payments by Stripe (we never see your card number).
Data travels over HTTPS and our database provider encrypts it at rest.

Deleting your account

Email hello@victoracademy.com.au from the address on your account and we’ll delete your account and data.
