Fixing common problems
Sign-in loops, uploads that won’t go through, and features that seem locked.
I can’t sign in, or it keeps sending me back
- Use the same sign-in method you signed up with.
- Allow cookies for victoracademy.com.au, and try a normal (not private) window.
- Still stuck? Clear the site’s cookies and sign in again.
My upload won’t go through
- Check the file type: PDF works everywhere; Textbook Tutoring also takes TXT, DOCX and MD.
- Very large files can fail — upload a single chapter instead of a whole book.
- Scanned pages with no selectable text give weaker results than a text PDF.
A feature says I’ve hit my limit
Free and Lite have weekly or monthly limits, shown on the Pricing page. Weekly limits reset on Monday; monthly limits on the 1st.
I upgraded but still see Free
Refresh the page — it can take a minute after checkout. If it still shows Free, sign out and back in.
